The Russian ruler also enacted a decree permitting draft enrollment continuously whereas before it happened only during specific times in cooler seasons. The nation's top diplomat stated that the nation would maintain its international position or its values in reaction to irresponsible comments. The Moscow's representation later expressed sympathy for the death of a Romanian worker in the incident but used the chance to complain that the negative feedback to the remarks was prejudiced toward the federation.
